  • You must be a Junior or Senior in college to apply for the internship program.

  • For high school students and college freshmen and sophomores, we offer a job shadowing program (more below!).

  • Internships are available each summer. Applications are currently open for 2025.

If you are wanting a taste of Reusser but don't meet the criteria for the internship program, our 3-hour job shadow may be the perfect fit. You will have the opportunity to hear from our company president, Nate Reusser; learn from our subject matter experts, who will show you around the office; and get a glimpse of what they do day-to-day!

Do you have other questions about the program?

We invest a lot of time and resources into our interns by allowing you to focus efforts on client work. We will welcome you into meetings with our clients, but one of our favorite parts of our internship is that you will get a client of your own. We will find a local non-profit for you to work with during your internship. And at the end, you will have the opportunity to present your work with the rest of our team. This is a great resume builder as well!
Our typical approach is to pair each intern with a mentor, but if you find that you have talents that reach multiple departments, we are happy to cross-train you! One of our recent mentors split his time between our creative and development teams!
The internship program is customized to each intern’s schedule and university requirements. Generally, semester-long internships last about 12 weeks.
We pay all of our interns $14/hour. In addition to a paycheck, we invest in our interns by giving you access to some of our best programs and resources as well as opportunities for you to get additional training and certifications from industry leaders in our space.
At Reusser, we have a 4-day, hybrid work week. We are in the office on Mondays and Thursdays and work from home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You are encouraged to join us in the office on Mondays and Thursdays to make the most of your internship experience. Of course, we’re always happy to be flexible with your schedule!
For our Summer Internships, the selection process is: - Applications open in January-March - Interviews in the month of March - Decisions in April - Internship begins in May Applicants will be notified by email if they have or have not been selected in March. Thank you for your interest!
